Online changes are coming !

Online Change is on the way.
In February 2018  your  “My Credit Union  Free  Online Banking”  will be getting an upgrade. Easier transfers , a cleaner look, more information  and room to grow and add the services that YOU want are part of this jump to the next level .
When it happens you will be directed to the upgrade .You will use your current  user name and  just the last four digits of your social security number as your temporary password to reactivate your account.

Type your previous User ID and new temporary Password into the spaces provided and click the Login button to access your account.  After logging in for the first time, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the screen. For new users, you can self-register by clicking the Register now  button and following the on screen instructions.
Follow the onscreen prompts  and you are all done .
You can of course, call your local branch for help if you have any concerns  ..
Reminder: Please remember that with the online banking upgrade, the first time you log in, you must use the last 4 of your SSN as your password. You can then change your password to whatever you wish.


New Hours for Branches

My Credit Union New Hours of Operation

Many of our branches are moving to a different daily operating schedule this Fall.
These lunch hours will take effect Monday October 24th, 2016.

In recent years with the increase of electronic technology we have seen a decrease of personal members visits to our branch offices. Lobby as well as drive up traffic is way down.

We believe that is because MY Credit Union offers the following convenience services:

On line Banking by laptop or by mobile phone
Telephone audio banking and transfers
Debit cards, no need for checks, nor to order checks
Credit Cards so you can make purchases anytime
Remote Check Depositing by your phone, no trip is necessary to deposit your checks
32,000  Free ATMS nationwide and at each branch for cash access.
On line Loan application through our newest web site.
Doc u sign processing for loan contracts by email that don’t require a trip to our office if desired.

Please don’t take this new schedule as negative. WE love to see you.

But, in order to schedule staff more efficiently and keep our member cost of services down, we feel that closing for lunch will create better service with a full staff during the open hours.  Plus this will help us efficiently continue our great member services, lower fees and great car loan rates.

The new hours consist of closing one hour each day for our employees to go to lunch.

The OPEN and CLOSE times remain the same.

Monday through Friday   9am - 4:30 pm    Closed from 1pm to 2 pm for lunch

We find that 1-2 pm is the slowest time of our day and it gives us the ability to serve members who come on their lunch break from 11am - 1 pm.
